We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan. Whether you are in a major metro or a remote district, we will get your order to you.

2. Shipping Charges

• FREE Shipping: On all orders.

3. Delivery Timeline

Since our products are handmade and undergo a strict quality check:

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar): 3 to 5 business days.

• Other Regions: 5 to 7 business days.

• Please note: Delivery may be slightly delayed during holidays or extreme weather conditions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your peace of mind, we primarily offer Cash on Delivery. You only pay when the courier brings the package to your door. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once you place an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone for a final confirmation. After confirmation, your order will be dispatched, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

6. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including house number, street, and nearby landmarks) and a valid phone number. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the provided address is incorrect or the customer is unreachable.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage you to inspect the external packaging before accepting the delivery. If the package is clearly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact our support team immediately
